Wald (Walled)

Out of all the towns and settlements in Feland that try to be the next Truce, Wald may be the most unique. What sets Wald apart from the other magically-inclined settlements is that it glorifies and focuses on the practice of alchemy and similar types of practices and studies whereby magic is performed through more physical means. Because of this focus, the town sees its fair share of artificers, herbalists, alchemists, doctors, enchanters and more. The town's concentration of expertise in these fields is so great that several breakthroughs in the understanding of Alexandrium originated from there, but sometimes at a great cost. Despite such accidents and setbacks, Wald's citizens are never discouraged from diving further into Zatvor's many mysteries and continue to plumb several answers and even more questions every day.
