The nation founded by those who discovered Zatvor's portal and ushered in the After Portal (AP) age. Once the scope and scale of this discovery was evident to the home world's peoples, they were able to convene and reach an agreement on how best to organize the colonization of this new world. It was decided that because of the highly magical nature of the portal and of Zatvor itself, and because of their invaluable contributions to the furthering of all nation's agendas, that the most skilled and scholarly of magic users be given the majority of government power. Many wizards, artificers, sorcerers, warlocks and more jumped at the opportunity to sculpt a brand new nation on a brand new world full of magic and mystery. Ultimately, through many exams, contests, elections and a bit of skulduggery, the Felandic Magocracy was formed in the capital city of Truce, so named after what many believe to be its most pivotal and powerful founding member - Fineas Feland.
