Glenrook (Glen-ruk)

One of Feland's most securely fortified settlements, Glenrook rests on a small island just off the eastern coast of Norost. With the only two means of entry being a massive drawbridge into the castle town's entrance or the town's only harbor facing out towards the ocean, and the fact that the fortifications themselves are massive and expertly crafted, an assault or siege on Glenrook would surely fail to do any lasting damage. Similar to other coastal defenses, this settlement's main purpose upon establishment was defense from unknown threats that could arrive by means of the ocean. Since discovering just how vast the oceans are on Zatvor and the extreme effort it would take to even reach Glenrook, the need for its extravagent walls and defenses has declined over the years and it's slowly been converting into something more suited for the average civilian.
