"Lord" Dravos Norvet

(a.k.a. Lord of Downtown)

Dravos walks with a spring to his step, carrying a black cane with gold engravings which is obviously not needed for support. He is dressed in long emerald green robes which would be fit for a Lord. He is very well kept with manicured hands and a trimmed beard.

Born on the streets but found he had a knack for the devious side of things. Through fear tactics, charisma and organisation Dravos was able to merge the gangs of Downtown and create a sydicate which in effect rules the town.
