Halfling Floating Junkyard

Halfling Pirates roam the seas on junk-ships. Vast amounts of debris and floatsams are tied together with strong ropes and heavy chains, creating out-and-out floating islands that roam the seas, trapping and boarding unlucky ships that pass too close to them whose remanants will be part of the growing junkship.
Those junk-ships keep growing with every ship destroyed by the pirates, and ammasses vast amounts on weaponry and tresures.
When those ships get too big, or there is an internal dispute over leadership, a ship breaks in half originating two new junk-ships, under the guide of two different captains.
The intricate ammass of floating junk and ropes is almost labirintic to any foreigner that boards the ship, but its crew knows it like the palms of their hands, and can exploit every feature of that unusual terrain.
The first ship probably originated as a raft used by a group of castaways, that kept growing inglobating more debris and eventually got large wnough to divide itself multiple times.

Propulsion

Halfling Floating Junkyards are usually propelled by wind trough nomerous sails.

Weapons & Armament

Despite being made of floatsams, trunks and any kind of floating junk, these ships are usually stocked of weapons.

Armor and defense

The intricate maze of floating debris and ropes acts as the main defensive resource, disabling the enemies making it impossible for them to move. The crow, being much smaller and knowing by heart any feature of the floating junkyard, can use that to their advantage, getting invaders into traps or launching surprise attaacks.
