Sunburnt Sols
One of many diverse environments on Xiskin, the Sunburnt Sols make up the majority of the island continent Exxhian. These red lands may appear lifeless, but a closer look will reveal a plethora of curious-looking minifauna.

Teratan Tunnels by Mochi
From afar, the Sunburnt Sols appear nothing more than vast hills and mounds, covered in a thick red clay, hardening into thick sheets of terracotta, and staining whatever rock lies far beneath.
Under the Sols are massive networks of caverns and tunnels, known as the Teratan Tunnels. Harbouring unique lifeforms, these hilly mud-flats soften in the summers, and hibernating animals previously stuck in the hardened clay.
