Raleigh - southwest

This town has been worn down from the chaos war, but with its remaining walls from the previous users, and its highly defensive corner position, it has been retaken by the group called NORA. NORA has begun rebuilding the buildings and replacing parts of its walls, preparing for any attack from the north or south.


In comparison to any of the other settlements, this one is a bit smaller, closer to the rural towns you see around. But the community is made completely of those who still want to fight, those who werent accepted elsewhere, or wished to band together to survive this wasteland. Being a combination of people from all across, they have decided on a way of living perfect for them: No obligations, rules or authority.


With these sets of rules, there are no leaders, your not responsible to pay people back, and as long as your fair to others they are fair to you. The golden rule passes here the most, and the community quickly bands together against those who wish to abuse it. Common sense will take you a far way, as even though rules aren't written, this town has em, and are enforced by the whole community.


Due to the fact everyone works together to survive, everyone there knows how to fight, and often when raids do come in, they go back empty handed. NORA takes great pride in the fact they don't have any of the advantages of any of the other factions, just a run down town and the willpower of the people. 


For the looks of the city, imagine any other medium sized city you know, then add some signs of age and war, and boom you got Raleigh.
