Fa-Lanor - North east
The small city made out of trees, silver linings connect them as even nature has been forced to implement metal to assist. Using wiring to tie together trees, and magic to do the rest, they have built a small town out of the woods. Heavily defensive, the single town has made defenses far outside of its one little location, and see any who approach as a threat to the only life left in the world.
The reason it blossoms is the oasis in the middle, a spring of water separate from the rest of the world, seemingly just as endless as the watering hole, they defend it with their lives, living a tribalistic style where strength is the ONLY lead of command. Cunning can work as long as it overpowers the strong, and not just once. With this, their families past down specific fighting styles and weaponry to make sure their family has a unique form of power, capable of overcoming others.
They will trade and communicate but entering is normally offlimits unless one can prove themselves strong enough to overcome the entry guard, while showing they are not here for war. this allows small groups in, but larger ones are considered too much of a threat and are taken down regardless.
You will see small outposts in their territory, a Lone large cactus with a metal or wooden platform where they will sit and watch from afar, approach carefully as their accuracy can reach much further than one can expect. In addition seeing these may warn of setup traps to protect from vehicles, as the town itself refuses to use anything of that style.
