Emenaz Peninsula (Common Tinjongnian: ɜmɜnɑzjɑ)
The Emenaz Peninsula is a smaller peninsula located in the southeast region of the Tytherian Peninsula.
Geography
The Emenaz Peninsula extends out into the Viscus Sea and has two prominent capes, Cape Tihja in the northeast and Cape Reha in the south. The peninsula is relatively flat with many river systems, similar to northeastern Tytheria. Its largest lake is Lake Tihja and its largest river is the Tihja River.
Ecosystem
The Emenaz Peninsula is known for being heavily forested. It had a large expanse of woodlands in the northwest region with dense forests in the south.
Climate
Being relatively close to the Yarepan Equator, the Emenaz Peninsula has a subtropical climate.
Fauna & Flora
The Emenaz Peninsula was home to the two largest sasks species, the Tihjan Sasks and Zivian Sasks.
History
Historically, the Emenaz Peninsula has been divided between the Kingdoms of Tihja and Zivia until 1487 when they united to form Tinjongnia.
