The Bells of the Faithful
History
There is a belief, among the worshippers of the Weaver, that the sound of chiming bells is something like worship, or an offering, to her. As the goddess of fate and change, she is thought by some to watch over the winds. As bells in Xillick were originally used to signal the changing, or presence, of the winds, many consider these now to be sacred to the goddess. The hope of those who wear them is that the Weaver will bless them in their pursuits and that if they should fail in those, or worse, fall, that the bells will be heard by the Weaver and her other faithful, and that aid will come to them.
