Tir-Falora

No sun, no wind, no rain. Where the loudest sound is the the blood rushing through your veins.

Once home to a powerful royal family of daevata, the lands of Tir-Falora were small and barren, but viciously protected. A bone-cold region of stone with a granite fortress that began deep within the Labyrinth and rose through a mountain to expose itself even to the surface in the far north. The Tir-Falora, lead by the "Northern Nightmare" and "Great Devourer" Baldorus an Nuadeir, were said to be one of the greatest Daevatan military forces in existence despite their small number. Baldorus alone was feared by even other Royal Daevata for his brutal tactics and hunger for the flesh of his own species.   It was a surprise to everyone when it was not only invaded, but successfully conquered by the allied clans lead by the Wroth, and underhanded tactics were assumed to of been abused to manage such. Now the lone surviving pure-blooded member of the house is known as Tesrannithe an Tallachliran and has been formally adopted into the Wroth clan. Though it's rumored the lesser-members of the house may have survived, as they were not pure of blood and merely servants they lack the true power of the Tir-Falora.

Tir-Falora Traits

  • Elongated primary cuspids, with a secondary set.
  • Lanky, lean, muscular frames with long digits.
  • Pale skin, black hair and an unusually high bloodlust.
  • Ability to survive on nothing but blood, and holding the power to empower themselves or augment their regeneration by drinking fresh blood or eating fresh meat.
  • Access to True Magic and Transformation magic at birth.
  • Innate talent for shadow and darkness manipulation, though less specialized than the Arkes.
Tir-Falora are born humanoid in shape, but as they begin to nurse (primarily on blood) they begin to rapidly manifest their Royal Daevatan traits. Growing two sets of horns and wings from their lower backs, some even growing spines along their joints and spine. Despite this due to their interference with daily life they quickly learn to use their innate Transformation magic to manipulate their physical forms and alter their wings and horns away, or into smaller sets.
