Significance

The potion does only one thing, and that nullifies the appearance of a "Tainted" individuals black blood, turning it a deep maroon instead. For the price and rarity of its ingredients, it's hardly worth it, however, it was created by the Blackmore to ensure they kept their cover as "Blackbloods" so as to maintain their positions and reputation.
