Jodmahl, God of the Forge
Jodmahl, god of the forge - Priests have special abilties to work metal, resistance to heat and fire. Can imbue armor with certain properties but this is carefully watched over and controlled to avoid weapons being too powerful. Jodmahl is carefully neutral and holds tight to the treaty, so to avoid spurring conflict he hordes all the fantastic weapons and armour he has created in his forge palace, which is located under the ocean. Physical territory is the immediate vicinity by the ocean, so the city exports weapons.
