Ievis, God of Alcohol

Ievis, god of alcohol and brewing - Controls one city, got shafted in the war and resents other gods for it. Because he only controls a city and a small swath of countryside his followers have to import the goods used to make his brews. Followers imbue their brews with certain mind altering effects in addition to tasting great and being strong. The city can afford it, as they export the product, but the god is still unhappy with his small territory. In conflict with Rizuna, as she feels it borders too closing on her priests imbueing potions with extra effects.
