Shornhelm Expanse

The shear drops of hundreds of feet, heavy gusts of blistering wind, and sharp craggy passes will drain even the heartiest of travelers to the bone. The snow it thick and blankets from the base of the barren mountains, up to the peaks. Avalanches occur every day and every pass is treacherous to even the most experienced mountaineer. The only folk that thrive in this climate are the Dwarves of the Iron Hall, who have mastered and tamed the mountains to their advantage.
