King Amir Windlass
"Taste my lightening, fuckers!" -Amir Windlass-
Amir was first discovered drunk in a bush outside of the Eagle's Landing tavern in Freebridge by Elthalian Olhenrand whilst he hid from an angry bouncer. At this pint in time Amir was studying at the magical college within the city. He was obsessed with the power and qualities of lighting and its effects on the material world. Amir later married the Queen of Freebridge, and lived a full life of laughter and happiness. Although he was greatly considered a cripple for a nasty chest wound he gained in a battle with orc warlord, Greenbaum the Bonegrinder. On his death bed, many years later, he consoled with his greatest friend, Archmage Asteroth Ravenclaw. His words to his friend were "I only wish I had more time" and with that, Asteroth put Amirs soul into the nearest object he could find, a candelabra. And so it was Amir had eternal life, and traveled with Asteroth to the end of Asteroth's life at the hands of Nerull, the God of Death himself. He still sits within the magical schools Archmage quarters on the headmasters desk, where he advised many Archmages, including Darmuth Redman. The sons and daughters that Amir and his lovely wife, Annabellria parented, all went on to become powerful lords and ladies. His oldest, Randall Windlass become his fathers successor and King of the land.
