City State of the Invincible Overlord

Or as simply known as “City State,” its real name has been lost to history. Originally founded by dwarves on an ancient site on the Estuary of the Roglaroon believed to be a capitol of the ancient Orichalan Dragon Empire, the City State  was taken over by Tharbrian warriors and has been ruled by them ever since. The City State is increasing in power and influence and tension is mounting between the City State and Viridistan.
