015 • The Clink then a Drink

Conthsen, 28th of Thunsheer

The Musical Menagerie took a quick priority job to help Erodh Tathviel deal with a threat to the wine that Borru Crorirthe was slated to provide for the Merryfrond's Day celebrations. Upon arriving they found it was a myconid infestation and dealt with it. As the thick cloud of spores lingered in the air and people started finding their way out of the cellar, Iris did a quick sweep of the room to make sure it was empty. She found a chest tucked in a corner which she was able to pop open. Pocketing the small plant and thin booklet inside, you join the rest of the people outside. Borru stays at his place, some of you go back to The Blue Balor to rest after another exceptionally long day, and Erodh leads you, Iris and Comet, to the Zheleso station to collect the party's reward.

It was interesting for me to learn how your characters would react to and feel about being in a place that holds such authority. Comet you spoke with the lady working at the front desk, Sandra. She, being an employee of the government, in the very place that she works, surrounded by people to keep her accountable, was very tightlipped when you prodded her for information regarding the criminal goings on. As could be expected from a lawful good human. Iris you waited patiently and inconspicuously while you waited for Erodh to finish filing his report and collecting your higher-than-expected reward.

After leaving the station, Erodh offered to buy you a drink at a local tavern in The Skew. The trio walked to The Silver Rose and talked the night away. The highlight of the conversation for me was when the 7-year-old Comet claimed to have lived in Nicodranas for longer than the 119-year-old Erodh lololol.

Folsen, the 29th of Thunsheer

We pick up at The Blue Balor the next morning, Folsen the 29th, with the festival just around the corner on the 31st, and with excitement in the air.
