Mouse Holes
The Mouse Holes are the eyes and ears of the great Walt Disney. Some see them as a secret police that causing distrust, Others see them as ghost stories told to keep cast members and others in line.
They keep eyes on all of the power players within the Walt Disney World parks. Watching and listening for anything that might bring about chaos or danger to the cast members or guests of the parks.
No one knows who they are. They hide in plain sight. Gathering information to assist with the maintanence of the parks and to be the first line of defense in cases of coups, mutinies, or other unrest.. They could be anyone and anywhere.
Career
Qualifications
Members of the Mouseketeers who show an adeptness at blending in, getting people to share secrets, and/or uncover mysteries.
Top qualifications include being forgettable, seen as friendly, can switch between introverted and extroverted behaviors, and an ability to shift between different groups, to name a few.
Payment & Reimbursement
Those seeking to join are focused on the overall wellbeing of the parks. Rewards and adoration are unneeded and frowned upon.

Purpose
Gather information on the goings on of the Disney Parks. They keep track of the power players and organizations within the parks. This information is shared with the Mouseketeers who will maintain the peace.
Social Status
If anyone actually knew who the Mouse Holes were, their status would be nullified and society at large would frown upon and openly distrust and abuse them.
History
Started as a small sub-group of the Mouseketeers to infiltrate the imagineers and uncover if they were withholding any major advancements. Their success in disrupting an attempted coup displayed the need to split the group into it's own organization. The rest of their history is known only to the members of the group.
