The CNS Paladin is a Warship within the Commonwealth Navy, part of the class of the same name. It is one of the newest Warships in the Commonwealth fleet, and as such is designed with some of the newest design philosophies and features in mind; for example, the ship is one of the smallest Commonwealth Naval Command vessels to be equipped with an Independent Glide Drive - a feature specifically added to combat the anti-fleet tactics of the re-emerged Frontier Consolidated Front.
