What is? Brezzamatha, The Underharbor

The center of trade in the Dwarven High Kingdom of Dormia is Brezzamatha, also known as the Underharbor. The Underharbor is a subterranean port that exists as a marvel of magic and engineering, as a series of locks raise and lower ships between the surface ocean and the port itself, some fifteen hundred feet below sea level. This system of locks can accommodate nearly three hundred ships a day, making Brezzamatha the fourth busiest port in the Reach, and busiest on the Iron Coast.
"There are many markets in Brezzamatha, as the city seems more designed around moving goods from ships to the Stoneways and vice versa, than it is for the people actually living there. Each has its own different feel and has different products, from the raucous and bustling Brewer's Plaza, to the Silent Market (Note: not as interesting, nor as silent as it sounds. The Silent Markets main trade is in bulk ore, by the ten-ton). However, if there were only one market you were to visit in Brezzamatha, or even in the entirety of Dorm, it should be the Thurin's Day Fair. Originally a yearly festival on a Dwarven holiday, the Thurin's Day Fair eventually grew to be a week long, then a month long, and then a near permanent feature in Brezzamatha. Almost anything can be found in along the East Quay at "The Fair," from magical trinkets from Ossa, to spices and the strange Al-Mi'raj (both live and ready for cooking) from Far Adwar, to carved ivory spearheads from the East, and bulk Westerly grain by the bushel. Fragments of pottery from Voninheim, scales of Larnaea, and civil records of Urlden, in original Gnomish of course. There's a rich trade in Turathi Wine, not to drink, of course, as it had long turned to vinegar, but to display around the home. If you requested hen's milk, you could get it."
