Major Domo fighting in the military and loses his arms in Arnhem and JoJo is an underground leader.

Major Domo was just a soldier until he lost his arms in the battle of Arnhem. They were injured badly enough that they had to be amputated. This event traumatized him (PTSD) and had to cope with the loss of arms and mental shock.
