SS Van Dune
Samuel Sebastien Van Dune
I don't know why Lilacs under the Moon isn't my most popular work. Everybody loves romances. It's strange that these people gravitate towards my lesser genre work. They should read something more stimulating. -except from a 1952 interview.

Author's Notes
I made him up and he isn't based on any character. What he is based on is a reference to a panel where Corporal John Keene was reading Tropical Tragedies and I decided to expand on that. It's only logical since this world is going to have a different literary canon and media output. He's also a minor character in this world and serves as a pop culture point of deviation. I have no reason to use him in stories right now outside of references.
