Other than his head shape, he has gills around his neck and torso. These gills also have a layers of skin that protects them from harm or environmental damage. His flsh like scales have been described as a murky green.

He tends to gasp when he speaks. He also seems to have a slight breathing problem.

Personal history

Nobody truly knows where Evlor came from, not even his closest allies. Some of the earliest known record of him stems from a line of pre apocalyptic civilizations or dead worlds that describe a being of immense strength and guile caused enslaving their planet or ravaging it, though they weren't mutually exclusive. The effect of this explains his initial invasion fleet. The record that would give us possibly the earliest known record is a leader's journal (one that's equivalent to the leader of Earth's U.N.) and his description of a mysterious man who aided in unifying the world. Upon doing so he put the world under a dystopic tyranny that wouldn't be out of place of a George orwell novel. The writer described him as seeming to be more than mortal, though he isn't sure if he obtained an unknown power or always had it. The last entry described the world as dying and a planet scale attempt to save it from it's poisonous elements, including its leader. This obviously didn't work.
World after world he conquered until one day a long lived alien race rose up to defy him, creating a galactic corp of freedom fighters.
He came into conflict with the space patrol known as the Freedom Fighters and ultimately lost. Historians now believe the group was only one factor in the tyrants downfall. It is now believed the logistics of running multiple worlds played as a major factor into Dandor's downfall. Another factor was that there were cultures believed to have been failed to be incorporated into the greater dictatorship.

History remembers Evlor as a morally bankrupt tyrant. Due to time passing and the inaccuracy of records, no one is currently certain as to his exact morality and philosophy. The records that do still exist indicate his paranoid aspects of his nature wouldn't led to a desire to control everything. His philosophy was definitely fascist in form, though it was equally oppressive to everyone for reasons currently unknown. His council was as diverse as the populace he ruled and records have indicated that race,species, gender and sexuality were meaningless to him.
