High Priest/Priestess
Qualifications
They must be a practicing and loyal cleric of The Greatest Old One or a warlock directly linked to him and a very powerful one at that.
Requirements
The person will have had to be greatly trained by the Militum Clergy or greatly influenced by the Greatest Old One himself.
Appointment
The Whole of the Militum Clergy will hear the name of the chosen when it is picked by the Greatest Old One.
Duties
Liaison between the Generals and the Militum Clergy as well as the leader and voice of the clergy.
Responsibilities
Their tasks are very much leading the Clergy at all times.
Benefits
Absolute power within the Militum Clergy and equal power and pay to the other generals in the Circle of Generals except the Emperor General of course.

The Highs Priest(ess) wears bright white robes with small accents of black
