There have been some collectors of such things who claim to have seen it housed in the home of the Harbor Master who rules Pharos Harbor with a iron fist in a velvet glove.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The Quill of Fate, is made from mithril. It requires the blood of a major deity to be placed in its matching vial and mixed with the tears of a celestial, the tears of a demon and the tears of a high ranking neutral outsider. These must be mixed all together with the Quill of Fate. One may then use the quill along with the ink to inscribe a course of history or a fate of even a person. No matter though what one scribes it will come to pass. However there will be a cost to the scriber of great lose or horrific end.
