Gnomish

The Language of the Gnomes

Gnomish is the language of the Gnomes, and the official language of the Sovereignty of Windgrace. It is not usually spoken outside its home country, but many gnomes that live elsewhere still practice the dialect.

Writing System

Gnomish uses the Tengwar alphabet, borrowed from the Elves.

Geographical Distribution

Based in Windgrace, but spoken by Gnomes and linguists around the world.
