Clash of the Tideshapers

The cataclysmic battle between the three World Ships (Einvigvegr, Aldinnhalldr, and Jarnvollr), and the Draumr.

As the World Ships sailed across the Brýnnbjord, they were unprepared for the appearance of the Draumr, the Tideserpent. It destroyed several World Ships before the three Seafarers of the Einvigveigr, Aldinnhalldr, and Jarnvollr, took it upon themselves to fight it. The other World Ships managed to sail away while the three fought the Draumr.   It was a battle of epic proportions and the worlds inside of the World Ships rocked on the chaotic waves as the Seafarers fought. The Seafarer of Jarnvollr dealt a heavy blow to the Draumr, but this only enraged it even more. As the Draumr's never-ending length wrapped around the ships and prepared to strike the Seafarer of Jarnvollr down, the Seafarer of Aldinnhalldr grabbed its attention away from the others. In a final stand to save the other World Ships and protect the havens of life they held, the Seafarer of Aldinnhalldr threw itself into the mouth of the Draumr and impaled itself on one of its teeth, and surrendered them both to the chaos tides, cursed to forever sink.   The Draumr was pulled through the World Ship of Aldinnhalldr, and scattered it into pieces as it and the Seafarer of Aldinnhalldr begun their eternal sinking. The pull of the chaos waves were so strong that the fast sinking of the Draumr created a vortex around its sinking body, and this pulled the debris of Aldrinnhalldr in around it. On the pieces of debris, the world inside of the World Ship were exposed and threatened to die in the chaos waves. But the blood of the Seafarer splattered on the pieces as it was pulled through the World Ship, and the world on the pieces of debris were forever protected from the curse of sinking.   This created the multiverse of Aldinnhalldr.   What happened to the other World Ships is unknown, but it it thought that they survived and continued their eternal sailings across Brýnnbjord.
