The Zentho Expedition (3021 AK)

The Zentho Expedition was a brief military conflict between the Leshi (Half-Satyr Half-Orc) inhabitants of Zentho and the combined forces of some of the Ice Counties and the Elvish Empire of Parthil. The rulers were responding to reports that the island's natives were destroying passing ships through unknown means and resolved to occupy the island to ensure the safety of maritime travel and trade in the area. Due to a miscommunication between the two sides, the Elvish half of the fleet arrived before that sent by the Ice Counties. When the second half of the fleet arrived, the Elvish ships were nowhere to be seen, and indeed no trace of them has been found in the following century. The fleet from the Ice Counties, confused and terrified, retreated. Since this mysterious event, ships have steered well clear of the island of Zentho.
