Orpaish

Summary

Orpaish was an oligarchy in Southern Laivra recently decimated by a war with Arka and Jiroft. It was ruled by a family of powerful Gnome mages who won over the mostly Human, Half-Orc, and Satyr population through uncertain means. After the capitol city was destroyed in the war, most fled to the countryside or to nearby lands. The former capitol is controlled by Arka while the eastern coast is occupied by Jiroft. The inland region is still held by the remnants of the Orpashi army, leaving the fate of the region uncertain.
