Glazkeit called upon Ichurxis, and her one and only cleric, to right the wrong of the Listening of the Hanging Man's Cry.

On a stormy night a man stood upon a balcony overlooking the city. Fellow followers of Glazkeit stopping the royal guards from silencing him. From that balcony he read off fifteen names in order from their impact on the crime committed against the Tiefling race. This even know as the Listening of the Hanging Man's Cry.

As the names were read off, they were simultaneously written in golden script backgrounded by the grey and dark sky. It was thereafter the fifteenth name was called that the sky struck the its thunderous drum and two white wings appeared upon the man's back. The man, known as Bellamy, pointed out each and every criminal he listed from the crowd. A golden aura enveloped them and the voice of Irchuxis could be heard over the entire city as he read their crimes to the people. Before the fifteen were taken from the mortal plane, never to be seen again.
