The judges are chosen by the mayor but the city is allowed to vote to remove a judge if they deem it needs to be done, but it is rare for that to happen.

Assets
Baybell is famous for its Zaflite mines, and has a great economy. Zaflite is the city valuable and is the reason for Baybell's success and low poverty rate.
Tourism
There aren't many tourists that visit baybell. When tourists visit baybell they are often visiting to learn more about Zaflite, and visit a mine. The mines are the only tourist attraction in Baybell, but it does attract about 10,000 tourist a year.
