Suiris fabri

Suiris fabri (Autonomous manufactory) are Autonikos factories that sometimes appear through-out Visten, built up by the little nanobots that are the basic unit of Autonikos.
Suiris fabri may appear almost anywhere at anytime. All that is needed is a critical mass of Autonikos nanobots and the area to have the materials for the factory and its production available. Once a suiris fabri is up and running it will begin an endless process of growing its production capabilites while also constantly producing combat Autonikos.
A suiris fabri will never stop as long as it stands and can obtain the materials to fuel its production. Because of this, it is of utmost importance to all the civilizations of Visten to find them early and shut them down before the numbers of the Autonikos swell to a threatening level.

Purpose / Function

Their one and only purpose is to create new Autonikos.

Defenses

The Suris Fabri are formidable fortresses when ready. First of all they are usually constructed undergrounds making them very resilient to bombardment. The external parts of the facilities have thick wall that house automatic gun emplacements the engage all unwelcome targets at great ranges.
Once inside intruders find them self either on the wide main hall used by the Autonikos to exit the factory and march to war. These are wide open areas with overhanging walkways from which a defending army can rain doom. Then there are the side passages that are more like labyrinths and perfect for an ambush.
Should any intruder make it deep enough will the nanobots engaged forming great clouds that can put any metal or organic material apart. Only bio-slush and metal scrap is left behind.
