Shoisin Military

Shoisin military is mainly consists of mechanized infantry. A typical operational mechanized infantry unit consists of several Shoisin mechs and support vehicles and a few dozen of soldiers not counting the mech pilots and drivers for the support vehicles.
The Shoisin as a military state are quite proud of their forces, but are also severely limited with them giving high value to life. They believe that throwing ordinary men into military conflicts is just a pointless waste of life and should be prevented when ever possible. This, however is not often possible in military campaigns as troops are needed to secure positions and establish supply lines. Also clearing buildings and sweeping areas can be tough with just mechs.
Once taking the offensive, the Shoisin are rapid to deploy are first strike mechs designed to penetrate the enemy lines and forcing them to shift parts of their military focus behind their own lines. Shortly after they utilize their artillery to smash the disorganized lines, giving opportunity for heavy mechs and the mechanized infantry to move forward and establish bridge head position.
