Swordlord Siras Hereven is the Overseer of the Council of Nine. He is the most influential man in the Velliun Imperatora, acting as the deciding vote in tied council matters, and possessing the authority to overstep the council itself in times of crisis. He ascended to the council after performing a critical role in the sacking of Centuren during the war. He is a strong and cold leader, willing to wield whatever power is required to obtain his goals.
Lord Hereven is one of the most powerful mages in Vistala and is an accomplished alchemist. His Knights of Grey, although few in number, are among the most feared force in the world. To make up for their small size, each member of his order has undergone extensive modifications, both magical and mechanical.
