Victoria's Land Geography

V#1396

Victoria's Land, or Victoria, as the planet is now called by it's inhabitants is a cold, not very pleasant place to live. The V#1396 globe is situated on (wip) arm of the (wip) galaxy. It's placed much further from the central star of it's solar system that the Earth from the Sun. Because of this the weather is quite inimical, reaching from funest temperaturs of -70, -60 degrees in the arctic poles to mild, but still quite chilly climate on the equator. The biggest lands of V are falling short of those more massive continents of Eart, like Eurasia or America. The world ocean contains miriads minuscule islands with ironbound cliff shores and rocky ground. The biggest land and the only one that could be called a continent is situateeded mostly on the equator and northern northern hemisphere. This locacion brings a moderate, wet climate with frequent rains, especialy those known on earth as tropical rains.

Geography

The planet is situated about 150 billions of kilometers from the CS (Central Star).

Polar circumference: 50 027 km

Equatorial circumference: 50 073 km

Victoria's Land is covered mostly by water. The continental glaciers on the arctic poles and the Hanover Land are the only land mass measuring up to the Earth's continents. However there are miriads of minuscule islands scattered over the ocean. In most places the deapth of the ocean's waters reaches a few kilometers. Due to the low temperatures it's salinty level isn't high which makes aquatic evironment a good lifespace for an abundance of marine creatures, especialy in warmer regions near the equator. Although the world ocean has been divided into districts by the Colonizationists and is constantly studied and explored by the scientist, it is the least known part of the planet and it's depths still hide many secrets.   Though the nautical area occupies most of the globe's surface it also contains a signifficant amount of landmass. The islands of V are falling short of those more massive continents of Eart, like Eurasia or America. The biggest land- Hanover and the only one that could be called a continent is situateeded mostly around the equator and on the northern hemisphere. The land is mostly plain, though there is a (wip) mountain rage in the centre of the continent. The ground on V#1396 is mostly rocky. the costs are unencouraging with ironbound cliff and monumental fiords, although there are some split coasts and beaches, especialy in the southern-east parts of the continent. There stands the capital city of victoria: Heathrowcest. It's buildings and constructions stad on a regulated estuary of Anderton river.
