Tuldar

The capital of Kulgar, Tuldar is a hidden away from the world.
Originally built inside the Hujarin Mountains, Tuldar was constructed after Kulgar's declaration of independence during the Thuon Khor Expansion Wars. Seen as a strategically sound thing to do, the dwarves and gnomes of Kulgar quickly built a massive stronghold from a large cave. As such many of the building have historically been made of stone. However, since the war's end about 400 years ago, inhabitants have been moving to Tuldar and living outside the expanded cave mouth, creating a city that is half within a mountain and half outside of it.
Tuldar exports many crafts across Seraht, such as sculptures and statues. It is also a hub of arcane study as mages have found the cave half of the city conducive to a studious nature. As such two arcane universities, The Exorda University and The Julianos Magis have been built, or rather carved, in the mountain half of the city, which share a friendly rivalry.
