Seras

The City of Ships, Seras is the de facto capital of Jidal-Yuun.
A major trade city, Seras manages almost all trade around and out of Seraht. It is also the main port for the Thuon Khor Empire. At the beginning of the Thuon Khor expansion wars, Seras was an independent city-state and among one of the first places to fall to the Tuonin march. A few decades later, when Jidal declared independence, the Council of Yuun declared Seras as the seat of the council and since then has been Jidal's capital.
Once, Seras was a prominent port due to its drydocks, which made it an ideal place for ships to stop on voyages around Seraht. Over time the port grew and the city itself became a crossroads and center of trade. It is said "if you can't find it in Seras, you won't find it anywhere." Additionally, since the discovery of Hadrashar, Seras has become a popular port for people leaving for the New World, both from Seraht and Farandis.
