Tianzhu Forest

The Tianzhu Forest (天柱, "Pillars of Heaven") in Penglai is one of the great wonders of Vesperia. The trees here are truly massive, tall enough in some places to hide a fully grown dragon. A few fallen trunks are so large that tunnels were cut through them to make traveling through the forest easier. Others are used as homes by local elves, aarakocra, and who knows what else. Some corners of the forest have yet to be explored, partly because there's at least one crossing to the Feywild. The creatures that wander in through the crossing can make things a tad hazardous.

Natural Resources

Tianzhu is a plentiful source of wood, obviously. The redwood trees produce beautiful lumber, and one mature tree can yield enough of it for a decent house.
