Dread Mist

Manifestation

This phenomenon appears as any standard fog, however it persists no matter the change in weather for the region.

Fear

Approaching the mist can induce mild uneasiness with the victim. Entering will exasperate these feelings and escalate the longer the person is within the reach of the fog.
It should be noted that this only affects entities with some measure of intelligence or consciousness. Dumb creatures will not feel the effects of the fog.

Communication Block

Forms of long-distance communication are dampened, sometimes nullified, by the fog. This only applies when the 'line-of-sight' of the communication. If the communication is angled to pass through the fog, then it's effectiveness is lowered. If the communication is angled around the mist, there is no effect.

Localization

Dread Mist is exclusively known for surrounding the boarders of the Fallen Kingdom.
