The Dark Tribe creates Quantum Collapse and things don't work out as planned.

In order to drive out the Light Tribe, the Dark tribe creates a weapon by manipulating and combining psionic echoes. The result is disastrous; Quantum Collapse is created, who immediately destroys his creators and wreaks havoc on the remaining Dark Tribe members until he is contained.
