Nowhen

In Time Theory, there are infinite Strands parallel to Reality. Each four-dimensional Strand contains a three-dimensional space, and all Strands reside in a single five-dimensional plane, called The Immense. Nowhen refers to all Strands that are not Reality; most of them are completely empty.

Nowhen has only ever been accessed and manipulated by Saturn. Any creature bound to three dimensional manipulation would be completely trapped.

The Desert

Nowhen manifests as a great void, endless expanses of dark blue sands beneath a sky blacker than Space itself. The sands are blown about by strong, occasional "winds", which seem to construct abstract, orderly shapes. These objects can hold their form for arbitrary amounts of time, but are slowly eroded by the winds back into the dry ocean around them.
