Zalivor

A small settlement upon the Shattered Shelf, they deal with the storms differently to Sab Adul, instead of standing defiantly against them and using their power for their own benefit they burrow beneath. Houses and buildings are built into the rocks of the cliffs, and against the oncoming storms they close their shutters and move deeper into the safe rooms of the rock. Meanwhile huge sand crabs, trained from birth, chitter across the cliffs' walls, covering the entrances and unhid-able parts of the settlement. During the periods with no storms, boats venture out of the great gates from the docks within the cliffs to dredge the ocean for fish, treasures and wealth brought upon by the stormwall.
