Gaddin Vass

An agent of the Rushlight Society who was staying at the Black Skull Inn in Devene (town) , awaiting the delivery of the weapons that are to be used in furthering his causes. Every day, he meets with Ramath Lane and the two discuss the whereabouts of the weapons made by Lugas Smith. Gaddin believes that Ramath is stalling because he has sold the weapons on for profit, after disposing of Lugas. Because of this, Gaddin is growing impatient with Ramath’s inability to procure the weapons. He has threatened Ramath with excommunication from the Society if he does not produce them soon.
His prepared spells are:

• 1st – cause fear, mage armor, magic missile x2
• C – ray of frost, read magic, touch of fatigue

Quite short and thin, with dark eyes and thinning brown hair, but an elaborate multi-armed beard and moustache and several piercings in each ear.
Wearing a gaudy short purple cape edged in a brassy yellow, knee-high brown suede boots with matching gauntlets and a black wide-brim hat embellished with silver pins glinting from the torchlights. He is quite dirtied as if he's been dragged some distance by his bootstraps. Noteably there is a snapped leather belt meant to hold something hanging from his hip.
Bullishly stubborn, oddly high-pitched but crisp voice.
