Chapter 01: Runaway

Villains are tried in a court of their peers at the Horizon City Municipal Courthouse, located in the Law District of Upper Crossing Square. If they are convicted they are transferred from the courthouse to a holding facility appropriate for their needs. In the case of a Quirkless offender, they are held within the Horizon City Prison. For Metahuman offenders they are transferred to RRMS Holding Facility. Rizon 01 located in Lower Crossing Square.
They are transferred by a RRMS train directly from the courthouse to the underground facility. It is customary for the train to include one professional hero as well as several RRMS officers. The professional hero on board is Smoke. A hero who can create smoke screens and other sensory obscuring abilities.
The recently convicted individual, Vincent Reisman (Engineer) has been sentenced to four years behind bars for his involvement with the Cherufe Organization.
