A band of thieves, burglars and robbers led by Monk "The Rat King" Imbert, The Rats are one of the oldest criminal gangs in Cirranne. Made up of society's outcasts, lost children and those forced to steal for a living, they have proven a refuge for many at a loss for other options. Developing anything from pickpockets to skilled cat-burglars, The Rats have a hand in most robberies, burglaries and thefts taking place in Cirranne and its outskirts.
