Engkat - Engkat is known as the "City of Lilidium" for its precious metal. Lilidium is harvested is this city. Although it may seem like a cool factor of the city and it's history, the Lilidium emits a smoky aura, in which you cannot breathe in. This gives Engkat a bad reputation. This city also has a bad reputation because of its lazy population. People in Engkat don't like to work. And if they do work, they work lazily. Other than its bad reputation, Engkat had many abandoned buildings, which makes it a popular tourist attraction for ghost lovers.

Engkat has a yearly festial called the Festival Des Morts meaning "Festival of Dead". This festival is to celebrate the sad deaths of the ghosts in the abandoned buildings. Festival Des Morts is French, as Engkat is a French based city. This festival is the best holiday to look forward to.

There is a mayor for Engkat, and many laws. The government here is stable, and actually not harmful at all.
