King Tharian Kroon

As the 5th King of Zelfmordenar, Tharian Kroon II ruled from 131 EN - 165 EN. Tharian's rule as king was tumultuous, beginning with the death of his brother Zeelan Kroon. His rule continued with a series of defeats in another war with the Leylan Empire from 137 EN - 144 EN. The following years were wrought with famine, as production of Zelfian farms was lower than expected and the Leylan Empire took some of Zelfmordenar's farmland in the recent treaty. The final years of Tharian's rule from 161 EN - 165 EN were quiet ending with the invention of a new soil, increasing production of local farms and a minor victor of the Leylan Empire. Wanting to be remembered positively like his brother Zeelan, Tharian Kroon II committed suicide in 165 EN, ending his reign and passing the throne of Zelfmordenar to his son, Joaln Kroon.
