Pirates Assisting Natural Tranquility Systematically
The Pirates Assisting Natural Tranquility Systematically, better known as PANTS, is a ruthless bureaucratic association of pirates, who exert control and influence over massive regions of the Calling Archipelago in the Halitic Ocean. The organization's capital is considered to be Triarc Bay. Though PANTS terrorizes much of the archipelago through its raiding, the organization is more well recognized for their massive bureaucracy, which ensures all pirating is done by the book.
PANTS hosts a number of internal organizations to ensure that their licensed pirate crews obey the rules set forth in their pirating code. Ultimately, the goal of the organization is to ensure the sustainability of their pirating efforts and the protection of all registered PANTS pirates.
