The Smith

The Smith is the keeper of the forge, the master craftsman of weapons and armour worthy of the Gods. All the weapons of the Gods came from his forge, he crafted their palaces of gold and their impenetrable armour.
He resides on the edges of Gelacad, constantly hammering away at his anvil in the blood-forge. The sparks of his workshop powered by the blood of Achiad, tempering steel to perfection.
Like the other immortal beings, he does not give his work away for nothing. He demands a true sacrifice and can never be tricked. The most notable example of which is Hott's eye, which was given to him in exchange for Kalridhe - a weapon that allowed him to see when gripping it. But when Fer gave the Smith his eyes in exchange for a weapon to kill Hott, he did so believing the weapon would let him see again - it did not.

Hott gave his sight believing he would never see again, that was a sacrifice. You gave your sight believing this weapon would heal it, that is no sacrifice worthy of a weapon - you will remain blind
